HLG Insurance of Texas is a multi-line insurance agency, providing personalized insurance coverage for families and businesses throughout the Victoria area and the rest of Texas.

Hector Gutierrez is a Victoria native, marine, and insurance agent always looking out for the best interests of his clients which has led to his successful insurance career. Gutierrez is joined by his wife, Erma (Esmerelda) Gutierrez, and Marie Saldana, who are both licensed insurance agents as well, along with graduates here locally from UHV.
